Skechers safety boots combine a protective toe cap with the comfort Skechers is known for. Every boot here is from Skechers Work, Skechers' own work and safety range, and is certified to EN ISO 20345, the European standard for safety footwear. Choose Skechers steel toe cap boots or composite toe cap boots, in ankle-height styles with leather and leather-mix uppers, padded collars and slip resistant soles. Men's sizes run from UK 5.5 to UK 14. Only styles in stock are shown.

Steel toe and composite toe Skechers work boots

Every toe cap certified to EN ISO 20345 is tested to withstand an impact of 200 joules and a compression of 15 kilonewtons, so steel and composite toe caps give the same certified protection. Steel toe cap boots are the traditional choice for site and yard work. Composite toe cap boots are made without metal and are usually lighter. The toe cap material is shown in each product name and on each product page.

Skechers safety boot ratings

• SB: a protective toe cap. Our SB Skechers boots are leather, with Relaxed Fit, Memory Foam, a padded collar and slip resistant, fuel and oil resistant rubber soles, in black and brown.
• S1P: adds a closed heel, an anti-static sole, an energy absorbing heel and a non-metal puncture resistant midsole, with ESD soles for workplaces with sensitive electronics.
• S3L: adds a water resistant upper and a cleated sole, plus a heat resistant sole and a bumper toe, under the newer EN ISO 20345:2022 standard.

Comfortable safety boots for long shifts

Skechers calls itself The Comfort Technology Company, and its safety boots are built for people who are on their feet all day. Most styles have a Memory Foam or Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole, many have shock absorbing soles, and Relaxed Fit styles give a roomier fit across the toes. Slips, trips and falls on the same level are the most common cause of non-fatal workplace injury reported by employers in Great Britain, according to the HSE, so every Skechers safety boot also has a slip resistant sole.

Delivery and returns

Most Skechers Work styles are held in our own UK warehouse and are dispatched the same day on orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Other styles are sent from our supplier's UK warehouse and arrive in 2 to 4 working days with standard delivery, or 1 to 2 working days with express delivery. Standard UK delivery costs £3.99, free on orders over £60. Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges are free.
