These slippers were a wide fit and were returned. I have not yet received a refund .

I bought these slippers for my Mother-in-law and as she has wide, slightly swollen, feet they were perfect for her. I had these slippers bought for me and unfortunately they have to be returned as they are much too wide and long.
It would be helpful if there was more details of width on your website. I want to order another pair but need a standard fit, and I'm struggling to find anything due to lack of width information.

I have bought these slippers for years and always been very pleased. This last order the blue ones are awful one slipper is larger than the other and the insole has crumpled. I have not yet worn the red ones yet.
I do not think l will be ordering any more
I cannot believe how the quality has gone down

Royal Mail failed to deliver this product yet the company charged me £5.00 postage when it was their fault that the product wasn’t delivered. Won’t be ordering from this company again

Lovely slippers (second pair) super comfy, good fit and size 9.

The reason for the poor rating is not the fault of the House of Slippers, but mine as I should have checked the width! Far too wide at double E, whereas I've got narrow feet. However, I've ordered more and fingers crossed they will be fine.

Bought these a year ago. Worn every day. Still perfect, even after a few machine washes. Keeps shape, supports feet. Very comfortable, almost like wearing a soft shoe. I usually need wide fitting shoes, but these are a pefect fit. Almost as if tailor made for me.
Ordering more. Best slippers I ever had.

I like the style and colour of these slippers - they are similar to the illustration online. The size is a little larger than I expected.

Good slippers, generous size so I exchanged a size 6 for a 5 (I’m in between so often have this issue). Obviously cannot comment on wear yet.
