Description

The Roamers M400 ROUND TOE is a unisex desert boot in stone suede, a soft beige shade that works easily with jeans, chinos and casual trousers. Made in Spain, it keeps the classic ankle-height desert boot shape in an understated colour.

The lace-up fastening runs through a short row of eyelets, so you can ease the fit across the instep, and the simple stitched panels give the upper its familiar outline. The round toe is the detail that sets this one apart, with a wider toe box that makes for a slightly roomier fit through the front of the foot. Underneath, a flat TPR sole keeps the profile low and the walking easy, while the unlined suede sits close to the foot.

This is a regular width boot built on a men's last, so women buying it are advised to size down if they fall between sizes. It suits anyone after a comfortable, casual desert boot for everyday wear, whether that is a stone suede desert boot for weekends or a steady pair of men's desert boots for the daily routine.

These boots are lovely: well made, great colour, and in the right size they'd be very comfy. They really do come up very big though: I would normally order a UK 5, but sized down to a 4 on the advice of a friend who also shops for these at Shuperb. I should have gone with a 3 because they were still huge! Sadly there wasn't a size 3 in stock in the colour I wanted so I returned them.
