Too small for size 9 disappointed

The size is different from other uk shoe sizes. I ordered size 8, which is always comfortable on my feet with other shoes, but size 8 of this looks size 6 on my feet. My feet couldn't go halfway in .it takes forever to get my refund.

I must have ordered at least 7 pairs of these loafers. I wear them to work where I am on my feet all day and they are so comfortable. When the 3 pair that I have left wear out I will be back for more.
