    I’d love to be writing a positive review about the items I ordered, however, House of Slippers use Evri as their delivery partner and unfortunately Evri lost my parcel. The House of Slippers customer service team have been communicative but are still to resolve this situation. I ordered the item towards the end of November 2024, the item was recorded as missing shortly after that. HoS officially recorded the missing item with Evri on 5th December. I was then asked to wait 30 days for Evri to investigate before I could receive a refund.
    I am still waiting, it’s 8th January 2025. HoS tell me that they are still waiting to hear from Evri on their investigation.
    I appreciate it’s been the Christmas season but why haven’t HoS refunded me directly? Even very small businesses refund customers for lost items after 10 days rather than making the customer wait and when the customer isn’t at fault. This is terrible customer service and I definitely won’t be using this company again.
