    The desert boots were delivered to me on schedule and in pristine condition. The boots are both comfortable and easy to clean, and the sole grips are good, which prevents them from slipping, unlike the old-style boots with smooth soles. Desert Boot.com is a great place to go because of its selection.

    Having worn the desert boots just three times and for nothing more than evenings out, the sole came almost completely off the left boot and the right sole was also coming away. Although the repair for both soles was only £5 to have them re-glued, the boots failed the durability and quality test abysmally. On this basis, I would not recommend them.

    I have emailed you today to arrange to return the boots. I| have owned them for around four weeks. The soles are parting from the boots on both boots. I have only walked around in them, not gone rock climbing. I was just going to glue them up myself, But will return them instead. I will put this down to a one off problem, and request replacement, not a refund. But four weeks is pretty poor.
    Build quality poor.
    Value for money poor.
