As usual Shuperb come up with the goods. The boots are 100% five star as is the company. I have bought many boots from Shuperb and will continue to in the future.

Love these! Arrived in perfect condition. They fit perfectly and, furthermore, are made from soft leather - they are comfortable from first wear. Opted for extra-grippy sole surfaces and extra 1/4" heel-height because I am very, very cool.

Purchased a pair of boots a year ago then purchased another pair 2 weeks ago of the same size but they are half a size smaller. They will not accept a return / refund as they altered the heel size at my request which I paid for. So I now have a £200 pair of boots that don’t fit me so I’m seeking legal action. Avoid this company, they are very quick to take your money but when problems arise they do not take ownership and nothing is stated in their terms regarding size differences so they are in breech of consumer rights.

Excellent fit. A smart , stylish and somewhat unusual boot that suits my personality. These are fab boots and this is perhaps demonstrated by the fact that I now have 7 pairs in a range of colours.

This is the second pair of this style I've bought. They look good and fit really well. There was a problem with the first pair delivered on this order - a manufacturing fault. Sent them back to Shuperb and got a perfect replacement virtually overnight. Very pleased with service

you sent me a pair of boots that were too large (big) so I had to return them, although you refunded my purchase price......you did not refund me the money it costs($59) to return them to you......since you sent me the wrong size, I feel you should refund the cost to send them back to you...........very poor policy

Superbly presented boots - and that from someone who has worn cuban heel boots [ never shoes] for over 55 years.

Seriously thinking about getting another pair in red.

Sizing may best be described as snug - with the zip needing to be teased up - but experience says that the zip and fit will soon ease to ideal
