    This is an excellent, well-made boot. The foot size is generous (I'm normally a 10.5 but got the 10 and I have plenty of room for generous boot socks).
    However, the "wide calf" description let me down a little. I have quite large calves (18.5in/47cm circumference) and the boots are a squeeze to get on. I nearly returned them but persuaded myself they would stretch a little.
    Do not buy these if you have really large calves.

I brought this pair as I have had a previous pair of these and they lasted for a very long time under very adverse conditions. I believe these will be as excellent.
