    The delivery was very quick. Both orders were very good quality. I ordered for my nan as she suffers from very swollen feet. The slippers are very comfortable and as they are wide fit, they fit her feet well.

    I'm very very disappointed with these slippers at £26.95 ordered a size 4 for my mother, too small in length then a 5 too small in length , had to pay £3.50 to return 2nd time , I then thought I'd order the 6 which seems ridiculous as being a mother of 3 kids , slippers of any brand are always standard , anyway when I asked house of slippers to send a size 6 they wanted another £ 3.50 to send them . I have replied I would rather have a refund , the sizing of these slippers are way out , and should be stated in ordering them ! I have never had too buy slippers one size bigger never mind 2 sizes and too be asked to pay for delivery is adding insult . My poor mum is in a care home and I can't take her to try slippers I thought this looked like the solution but I was wrong . I have to buycountless slippers , as everyone knows things in care homes mysteriously vanish .
    I'm very unhappy with the customer service of this company as I feel sizing was way out
