    I had to return the original pair of boots as they were too small.The size may have been small as they were sized as 40. Sometimes this European size is the same as a UK 7 and sometimes it is a 6.5 so this may have been the case that I had ordered a 6.5 instead of a size 7. I needed the next size up and I needed them quickly in time for Mothering Sunday. The response from the Company was marvellous. Laura and Jess gave me every help and they dispatched the second pair of boots immediately - I got them today! -and they refunded the postage as well. Marvellous customer service -and the boots are lovely as well!
