    Very disappointed with all three pairs of shoes and I am returning them for a refund. I have bought from you in the past and been satisfied, but regrettably not this time.
    I can't get my feet in the tan brogues.
    The black Chelsea boots look like patent leather.
    The 3rd pair are too tight.
