Nice boots, very warm and have good grippy tread, everyone compliments how great they look. I was after a warm casual winter boot so went for these - very happy with them. They do come up small, so had to return the size 5, that I originally purchased and had to purchase a size 5.5. On a separate note the returns and refund process is less than acceptable, if stock is low you will be told to just purchase the bigger size, as I did rather than an exchange being sorted, so to date I've purchased 2 pairs of boots, kept one pair, returned the other and after nearly 3 weeks, I'm still awaiting the refund for the size 5 that I returned and was received by Shuperb on 31/12/22.
