Unfortunately, once an order has been made we are unable to change the shipping address. This is to protect our customers from fraudulent activity. In this scenario, you would have to cancel the order and start the purchase again with the correct shipping address.
Yes, you can ask for your order to be shipped to an address that is different to your home address when you go through the checkout process. Please ensure your "billing address" is the same address as to which your payment card is registered. We reserve the right to ship to billing address only where we feel there are inconsistencies in information provided to us.

A medium fitting shoe is an approximate average based on the measurements of the most common foot shape. A wide fit is a more relaxed revision of the standard shoe fit specially made for wider feet.

You may have seen the phrase "Welted Sole" whilst browsing our website. A welted sole tends to relate to leather shoes, and is the traditional method of fusing the sole to the upper of the shoe. Rather than attaching the sole to the lining of the shoe, to improve durability it is instead attached to an added strip of leather that runs along the lining.

We're very sorry that your order was delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition. Please email our customer service team on help@shuperb.com with photos of the issue (including pictures of the upper and sole). We'll get back to you as soon as possible and do our utmost to resolve the issue.
You should be able to find the tracking number on the despatch email or your order history.
To receive a full refund on the order, you would have to return the promotional item. If you wanted to keep the promotional item, you would have to pay full price for said item.
