The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is paramount to us. We have introduced rigorous control measures in our warehouse to keep our staff safe and are ensuring that all staff are following the government guidelines with regard to regular and prolonged hand-washing. Hand sanitiser is also readily available.
We are adhering to the 2 metre distancing rule at all times. This includes limiting the number of people in certain areas of the warehouse and restricting access where necessary. These measures, along with many others are having a slight knock on effect in terms of efficiency and productivity so it may take slightly longer than usual to dispatch your order.
We are currently dispatching all orders within 48 hours, however, courier services are experiencing shipping delays to some areas. The vast majority of orders are being shipped on time but Covid-19 precautionary measures are having a limited impact on parts of the shipping network so if your order is slightly delayed please bear with us.
